This beautiful Viking tomahawk axe is forged from quality 1095 High Carbon Steel. The Head of this viking tomahawk axe is Hand Engraved with the symbols of Norse methodology for your inner Viking. Head is completely hand engraved and hand-fitted for strong heavy-duty quality. The Head is 6 x 5 inches in dimensions which makes it perfect for splitting logs and all other heavy-duty work.

1095 High Carbon Steel is one of the best steels used for the forging of blades. 1095 steel is capable of holding the edge for longer period of time. This steel was used anciently in makng axes and knives. We heat treat and oil quenche every blade very carefully and can provide labortory test slip if asked of the hardness.
